Device compatibility and requirements

Common installation issues and solutions
If you encounter "Unknown sources" errors during Android installation, verify that Settings → Security allows installation from unknown sources. Some device manufacturers or carriers disable this by default. If a file fails to download, try again on WiFi or clear your browser cache and retry.
On older Android devices, your system may ask whether to trust the APK certificate. Tap "Install anyway" to proceed. Certificate warnings are normal for apps not distributed through Google Play Store.
If the iOS Safari shortcut opens a blank page, ensure you are logged into key365 in Safari before creating the shortcut. If the browser takes longer than 10 seconds to load, restart Safari and check your internet connection. Data, permissions, and account security
The Android app requests standard permissions: internet access to connect to betting servers, storage to cache offline account data, and notification access to alert you of balance changes or withdrawal status. We do not request camera or microphone access.
All account credentials and payment information are encrypted end-to-end. Passwords are hashed so we never store plain text.
